Leadership Performance Group was founded by Margaret Brake, a leadership strategist and executive coach with over 25 years of experience across industries including financial services, healthcare, transportation, hospitality, manufacturing, technology, retail, and professional services. A former senior leader and start-up founder, Margaret brings real-world insight into what it takes to lead and thrive in complex environments.
